Noga Kap Managing Partner
Having established and led seed and early-stage investments for 30 of the most prominent Israeli private investors including Moshe Lichtman, Rafi Gidron, Anat Levin and Eran Ilan, Noga Kap is an influential figure in Israeli tech investment, a sought-after lecturer and mentor.
After serving as General Partner at Walden Venture Capital, Noga took over as Managing Director at BRM Group, overseeing the VC’s tech investments.
Noga founded the EMEA subsidiary for MINT Technologies – a provider of intelligent middleware solutions for the financial services industry – leading the company to become a leader in the EAI market and the acquisition of SunGard Data Systems Inc. (NYSE:SDS).
Noga teaches entrepreneurship at the Recanati School of Management at Tel-Aviv University and serves as a Board Member at various companies.
Noga holds a BSc in Economics and Psychology from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Washington University in Seattle.
During her career, Noga has advised numerous non-profit organisations, among them Tsofen and Moona.
